By accessing or using Birtual WebApp Builder (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Birtual provides a web-based platform allowing users to create, manage, and publish web applications, including optional AI-powered tools available only on paid plans.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not share accounts or resell access without permission.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Free, Pro, and Super Pro plans are offered.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Ziina).
All prices are shown before checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or duplicate charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload, publish, or distribute:

Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
Adult or sexually explicit content
Hate speech, harassment, or violent content
Copyright-infringing material
Malware, exploits, or abusive scripts

7. Content Moderation

Uploaded content may be automatically scanned using image and text moderation technologies (including SafeSearch and OCR). Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. AI Tools Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided “as is”. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI outputs.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose security risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birtual shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
